There are over 1500 Montefiore patients currently waiting for a life-saving organ transplant. And when it comes to finding a donor, people like this have traditionally been left to their own devices.
Created with our friends at Alto NY, this campaign is meant to bring awareness to Living Organ Donation, and even more importantly to give all 1500 of those patients a powerful new tool in the fight to save their own life.
